Tobias Licker received his law degree in 1996 from Georg August University in Goettingen,, Germany and a Masters of Law (LLM) from Saint Louis University in 2003. Mr. Licker is licensed to practice law in Missouri and admitted to practice before the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Missouri. He concentrates in the practice of Bankruptcy Law and has filed more than 1000 cases under chapter 7 and chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Licker is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and of the Debtor Attorneys of Metro St. Louis.
